The corporate sponsorship program allows S.E.E. to offer all attendees an exceptional conference experience, with enjoyable treats, helpful services and useful take-aways. 2014 Sponsorships
BENEFITS

1. *Complimentary conference registrations (value: $575 each). Specialty Package Sponsorships receive comps as noted in their package description. All Direct Contribution (non-package) sponsors receive complimentary registrations as noted in table above.

2. Sponsor’s full-color digital logo displayed on S.E.E. conference website according to contribution-level. Logo will be hyperlinked to Sponsor’s website. Logo will be uploaded upon receipt of payment and will remain as long as the conference website is active.

3. Sponsor logo displayed in the full-color Conference Program (distributed on-site to all conference attendees). Displayed according to level of contribution. (based on deadlines)

4. Sponsor logo on two highly visible full-color standing signs located near registration and the tradeshow for the duration of the conference. Sponsors listed according to level. (based on deadlines)

5. Individual sponsor ribbons to quickly identify Sponsor attendees. Ribbon denotes level of sponsorship in gold or silver foil or color text and will easily attach to namebadge.

6. Bolded listing in Exhibitor Directory and online exhibitor list, if sponsor is also an exhibitor (based on deadlines)

7. Special thanks during General Session. PowerPoint slides will display Sponsor’s name, logo and level/type sponsorship to an audience of 500+ people. Diamond and Platinum or Specialty Sponsors highlighted in individual slides (1 slide per sponsorship). Gold, Silver and Bronze sponsors will be grouped together on a slide of each respective level. (based on deadlines)

8. Early notice of registration for next year’s Trade Show. Current sponsors are given priority selection of booth location for next year’s event. Diamond-level sponsors are notified first, followed by Platinum, then Gold, etc. Bronze sponsors are notified at the same time with current exhibitors.

How to Become a Sponsor…

1. Sponsorship must be confirmed in writing to S.E.E. Fill out SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT FORM, indicating your desired level or item of sponsorship. Return agreement to S.E.E. immediately via email to amy@theexchange.org or via fax 404-239-0610. Amy will confirm receipt of the agreement.

2. Sponsor then agrees to pay sponsorship in full within 30 days of returning the Agreement Form to guarantee receipt of and redeem all forms of recognition as noted in Sponsorship Kit.

3. Failure to forward payment as specified above nullifies sponsorship.

4. Sponsors of 2013 Specialty Packages have first right of refusal for renewing the same sponsorship package in 2014. Renewal deadline is January 10, 2014. After deadline, unconfirmed packages will be available for resale with no further notice to original sponsor.

5. Sponsorship Agreements for any level or package will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. Target deadline to sign up as a sponsor is February 28, 2014. S.E.E. will accept Sponsorship Agreements at any time prior to the conference; however, certain forms of printed recognition are date sensitive and cannot be guaranteed after March 3, 2014.
