Conference fees include access to General Session, Trade Show, Welcome Reception, *Thursday-Friday breakout sessions, and scheduled meals and breaks during the 3-day event. S.E.E. does not offer trade show only passes. Attendees are required to register at the full rate per the schedule below, regardless of the time they spend at the conference.
Discounted Speaker Rate (Applies to individuals giving a presentation or participating in a panel discussion who wish to attend the full event).
No-fee Speaker Rate (Applies to individuals giving a presentation or participating in a panel discussion who cannot attend the full event. Speakers selecting this rate will not have access to Wednesday sessions, tradeshow or networking events. Badge cannot be picked up until Thursday.)

Cancelation Policy: A full refund minus a $200 administrative fee will be extended for cancelations received by S.E.E. on or before May 30, 2025. No refund will be made for cancelations received on or after May 31, 2025. You may transfer your paid registration to someone else from your company; there is no administrative fee assessed for the transfer.
