During opening session, S.E.E. will celebrate the best in the business in its Industry Excellence and Safety Performance Award Programs, while also hearing from keynote speakers who provide key industry perspectives and inspirational messages. The final two days include industry peer-led sessions focused on real-world challenges and solutions, regulatory and energy trends, and workforce development.

Room Cancelation Policy: Individual room cancelations must be received seventy-two (72) hours prior to the day of arrival to avoid loss of first night’s room charge and tax
The daily hotel fee of $26 covers amenities which currently include:
- Premium internet access in your guestroom & throughout resort
- 24-hour access to the fitness center and classes with instructors
- 2 hour bike rental for two people per day
- Dry – Cleaning credit of $10 per room per day
- Two (2) bottled waters per day in guestroom
- Use of Cowboy Golf Course Practice Facility for two people with unlimited range balls for driving range, chipping, and putting
- Access to Grapevine Shuttle Service (based on availability)
- $10 off any 50+ minute Spa service

- S.E.E. does not extend trade show only passes. Attendees are required to register at the full rate per the schedule above, regardless of the time they spend at the conference.
- Conference fees include access to General Session, Trade Show, Welcome Reception, *Thursday-Friday breakout sessions, and scheduled meals and breaks during the 3-day event.

Cancelation Policy: A full refund minus a $200.00 administrative fee will be extended for cancelations received by S.E.E. on or before May 29, 2026. No refund will be made for cancelations received on or after May 29, 2026. You may transfer your paid registration to someone else from your company; there is no administrative fee assessed for the transfer.

The S.E.E. Trade Show holds 120-130 booths. Booth sales begin in the fall and current-year exhibitors have first-right-of-refusal to purchase a booth for the upcoming year. Any unsold booths will be made available to companies on S.E.E.’s trade show waiting list, starting with companies who have been on the list longest.
